Worse before it's better

Now that the roof is water tight, the fun stuff begins; turning dreamview back into the beautiful cottage it once was. We have now ripped out off all the plaster board in the forge and pulled down the false wall. In a week we have gone from dust free tidy room to building site. I'm told it has to get worse before it gets better!

Now that all of the plasterboard has been removed we have discovered a new problem: barking dogs. Our property is attached to the neighbours barn in which they keep a dog - a very vocal dog, so it looks like I will be researching sound insulation this week. As its already a small room the challenge will be to find something that blocks out the noise but doesn't reduce the floor space by too much. I will let you all know how I get on.
